Even bad ass alien mechanics need their morning coffee fix. It’s one thing we have in common. If you were wondering yes, these are more goodies from this years Fantasy Faire, but fear not, I did make sure it was available in stores now.

I love the way the blinds on the windows added green stripes to my skin. When I was styling my alien I asked a friend what color she should be they said ” Blue, like an Asari from Mass Effect”. Well having never played Mass Effect I had to look up what they looked like. I of course had to add my own spin to it.

I just had to add this photo because I love the swirly rainbowy sky. I will leave here so like this blue badass I need some coffee in my face.

Time for a glow up. Well maybe not a glow up since I am already fabulous. I have a deep love for all things art deco, though to be honest it’s mostly art deco jewelry, but hone decor is right up there.

There is something so satisfying about having a cohesive looking area, but that just may be my need to have everything neat and organized. I will be talking about that in a later Fantasy Faire post because hoo boy that quest had so many wonderful rewards. Which reminds me you have one more day to get the quest done, and you can even pay to speed run it!

I just needed you all to see the fabulous shimmer in my hair. That is a natural shimmer and not glitter or anything like that. It’s just my sparling personality shining through.

I Want to Break Free

I realized as I am looking at these photos that the idea for them was a silly playful one, but maybe subconsciously it was a metaphor for my current state. When I was taking these pictures there was something in my life I felt trapped by and I have now broken free. It was someone who I felt was keeping me trapped and draining my life away. Sorry if this is too deep for a Monday, but coffee will make me a little verbose sometimes.

I will keep my rambling to a minimum now and just let the photos do all the talking.

Now that I am free it’s time to remove this infection from me!

The Phoenix

A phoenix seemed like a good idea for a return post. Yes it’s been over a year since I posted, but that is because the universe decided my real life needed a little shaking up. It’s taken me some time to find me my footing again, but I am back!

I was going to say something about my old life kissing my ass, but to be honest I just wanted to add a gratuitous booty shot to my first post. I mean it’s not full booty, it’s more like a peek-a-booty. I wanted something that felt like a phoenix rising from the ashes, but make it a bit glam, hence the shiny dress and black and red color scheme. I know phoenixes are usually represented with reds, oranges and yellows, but like I said It’s more a mix of fire and ashes.

Don’t worry, the changes in my real life have only made me better, but maybe with a little more cynicism? I do wear a ring every day that has a phoenix on it, and inscribed on the band is the phrase “strong as fuck,” and that is my daily reminder, so just remember you too are strong as fuck no matter what life may be throwing at you right now! This Little Light of Mine

I am here to light up your dark winter nights…assuming your winter nights are dark. There are so many jokes I could make about being hot headed, or on fire, or lighting your fire, but I will try to refrain…today. I will admit I have had this head (?) floating around in my inventory for over a year now waiting for me to take photos with it. What can I say with a name like Phire I am drawn to things with flames.

Can we also just talk for a second about how well the details of the dress and such just pop in this lighting? I feel like I would be much better suited for Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast than a little French feather duster. Just think of how quickly those feathers would go up in flames! I know, I know I have been very quiet lately. I have been so overwhelmed with my non-digital life that I don’t know where to start. I haven’t been slacking though I swear. I have a bunch of ideas and photos to get to so yay! Right now I would love nothing more than to hide from my non-digital life and when I saw this mouth tape thing one weekend I knew I needed it.

I mean honestly who wouldn’t want to tell reality to take a flying leap? Also you can tell I am not feeling myself because there is an abundance of pink in this post! I think I took a ton of picture when wearing this look because I was loving the way the light was reflecting(?) off the lenses of the glasses. Of course they went clear when I got all up in my face. Feigned Innocence

I have been told that no one really believes that I am sweet and innocent. Everyone seems to be able to agree to the sweet part (boy do I have them fooled), but no one seems to think I am innocent. I mean just because I might look like I have a secret side doesn’t mean I do!

Could someone who takes such awkward pictures not be innocent? I don’t know where I am going with any of this as I am writing it late on Sunday and my brain has taken the weekend off. I think the point of this post was that I am sweet, innocent and my favorite color is yellow if you couldn’t guess that bit.

Fae Of Duskfall Court

She is ready to take flight in her purple dress, with the slit up to her faery cake. You can’t see it because of the pose, but I did have on a little modesty covering so that my magic muffin stayed covered. I figured the colors of the dress fit in spectacularly with the purples and blues in Duskfall Court.

I couldn’t forget making sure she had some fabulous jewels to wear because, well she is just fabulous. I may have gone overboard with all the purple, but when you visit Duskfall Court you will understand the reason…maybe.

Neverland Fight Club

The first rule of Neverland fight club is you don’t talk about it, but if someone does Enforcer Tink is on duty. Now I am not saying she is brutal with that bat, but I am also not saying she isn’t. I have a feeling she got me one night after taking these photos because I woke up to a mysterious bruise on my arm (I do have a random bruise in my non-digital life that I can remember getting). For someone so small and seemingly delicate she can go HARD with that bat!

Needless to say I think I messed up and now she is here to mess me up. Does peter know about this? Is it Pan sanctioned? Is it something she does with the pirates on Captain Hook’s ship? I wasn’t able to get too many answers as I am currently in hiding from her menacing pixie presence!

The Witches – Water witch

Last but certainly not least we have our water witch. Coming up with a familiar for her was a bit more challenging. I mean a shark would be an awesome familiar to have, but you are a bit limited on how it would be able to help given that it needs a large body of salt water. Let’s be fair it basically eliminates all fish from the familiar equation, so we need to look at amphibians. That led me to the golden poison dart frog. Most people may not keep a poisonous frog as a pet, but I am sure a little spirit magic could mask it. Who wouldn’t want a beautiful but deadly familiar? Not to mention I happen to be a huge fan of poison dart frogs of every color.
