You may be looking at me and thinking “Hey that looks like an emo cupid”, and you wouldn’t be too far off the mark, I guess. You see I am sort of the anti-cupid. It’s not that I am against love or anything like that. I am more of Cupid’s cleaner. You see sometimes he gets a little overzealous in his match making and puts together people that DO NOT belong together. You will hear humans refer to it as “falling out of love”, but really, it’s just me correcting Cupid’s mistakes. I would say Cupid is only human and prone to mistakes like all humans, but since he’s not, that excuse doesn’t fly. Unlike Cupid himself who does. Sorry that was a terrible demi-goddess joke.

Hopefully I will never see any of you, since you will never see me when I am on Earth.

Recently while cleaning my desk I found a list of photo ideas I had at some point. I decided that I would try and complete that list of ideas and this is one of them. I was inspired by the horns dripping with honey. Also with Fantasy Faire starting later next month I need to get my fantastical-ness going!

I admit that I owed almost 95 percent of the items for this photo before taking it but I did decide I needed special honey earrings. What can I say when I pick a theme I go a little hard.

This past weekend I crossed the Florida Georgia line to head to a wedding and of course it made me think of this song so it became the theme of this post. Oh you don’t know the song? Well click this link to have a listen. I however was not in some south Georgia water, just some lovely SL water.

Everyone knows that after a swim you need to have some ice cream, mostly because I try to save my drinking for later in the day, unless it’s a mimosa, or…well I don’t need to get into every reason for day drinking. Just a heads up I may be taking a break till October because I will be getting hand surgery next week and who knows how well I will function.

I don’t know about you but I could use a vacation right about now. I wish I could say that my spans between posts is because I have been doing something fun like having a vacation, but sadly that is not the case. The truth is that posts will probably be spaced out a ways because my hands are not playing nice at the moment. I have carpal tunnel in both hands, some days one hand is better than the other and other days both of them are useless pain monsters. Not to fret they are getting doctor treatment, but till they are all happy again thing like typing and mouse control are a bit hard.

Anyway, when I first put this dress on I was going to do a whole Mrs. Potts in her younger years thing, you know pre-kids and pre-curse, but things didn’t go as planned. Why Mrs. Potts you ask?

It’s the corset part of this dress really. The blue and white just reminds me of a beautiful classic teapot, and well my train of thought went to Disney and Mrs. Potts. There was some logic in my train of thought. I will leave you with the credits. Till next time!

I had planned to post this on Easter, because you know bunnies, but sometimes life has other plans. And then I was gonna do it yesterday, but it turned out to be the Monday-est of Mondays so here we are. Nightmare Doll

I recently threw together this look and one of my friends commented that I looked like a doll someone left in an attic. I am not sure if it was meant as an insult or a compliment, but I took it as the latter. What can I say sometimes I want to be someone else’s nightmare. And I have been on that darkness kick lately, so it fit right in!

On occasion I ditch the jeans and shirt look for something a little classier. I had to do this in my non-digital life this week and lets just say I missed wearing pants. In the digital world it’s a lot less painful to get around in heels! Also there is no accidently turning your ankle on cobbled streets. I am not bitter I swear.

Digital me pulls of classy way better than I ever could. And yes these pictures have been waiting a while to be used, but I am getting all caught up. Well until Christmas and the New Year strike, then all bets are off again. Till next time my dears.

Somedays the idea of being alone on an island in really appealing to me, but then reality sets in and I remember I have no survival skills. When I saw this outfit I got Marianne vibes, you know that lady from Gilligan’s Island? No? Well go forth and Google dearest and you will get the idea. So it’s not identical, but you understand how I came to the idea.

Of course when one is stuck on an island the only thing there is to do is make a coconut drink. Hopefully you have some rum or something on hand to make it a little more…more.If anyone knows of an island with great food and drinks and very few people let me know! I could really use a nice vacation.
