This year has been off to a busy start! I have already had a house guest for almost two weeks and then I am off to visit family for another later this month! Of course that doesn’t mean things are all rosy, hence the blues. I won’t get into it here, but let’s just say the non-digital world has slapped me with a harsh reality. I have to admit that my dirty mind was really tempted to make up a story about forbidden love between an elf and a reindeer, with this being the result, but I really don’t want to land a spot on Santa’s naughty list. I have been going through my inventory lately and sorting all the things in all the various folders. I have one that is labeled “to blog” it is filled with items that inspired me to photo/post about them. The sad truth is that sometimes other things come up, mostly in my non-digital life, that cause me to forget about all these treasures. I am hoping to get to them now though! This happens to be one of those treasures and I bought it because it totally gave me Bond Girl vibes. Now who is going to be my James Bond? And volunteers?
The morning after most holidays means leftovers around here. I learned from my mother that pie is a perfectly acceptable breakfast, she is partial to apple pie. Personally I think I will stick to my fruit and coffee. Especially the coffee! I have so much I need and want to get done that I think an IV drip of caffeine wouldn’t go amiss. It’s April which means the Fantasy Faire is right around the corner, my favorite even of the year. So be prepared for some fantastical creatures and looks coming soon.
I may not be a traditional Easter bunny but I am here to wish you a Happy Easter or Happy Sunday depending on your own beliefs. I may use it as an excuse to eat chocolate and decorate the house with all sorts of cute little things in pastel colors. Listen I am trying to embrace pink more in both my lives. I shall now show you my cute little bunny face!
It takes a whole fairy team to get this bride ready for her big day. Her fairy glam squad came prepared with all the usual beauty tools, and a little fairy dust too. What can I say some days require that little extra shimmer. I have to give credit to the eyelash curler wielding fairy credit, it’s hard enough to use one of those while standing still let alone fluttering in place!
Just look at those lashes and well everything else. I wonder if I can get them to help me out in the mornings. Also what form of payment do fairies accept?
It’s Puppy Day today! Sadly SL is the only place I can have a puppy since in the non-digital world mini me is allergic to dogs much to her dismay. I found this pose buried in my inventory and I just couldn’t resist using it. Besides it reminds me of “my” puppy. Okay so he’s not really mine, nor is he a puppy, but I still love him from afar. That however is a story for another day!
