I wonder if there is any way I could get a little outdoor reading nook in the non-digital world. I am pretty sure it’s against HOA rules, but maybe if it’s hidden in the backyard. Just imagine sipping some tea or coffee while reading and there is a gentle rain falling.

It would just be so very peaceful.

Nightmare on Your Street

The real nightmare is my inventory currently. I swear just as I get it all cleaned and organized it’s a giant mess again. Oh well I will have plenty of time next month when I am laid up after surgery to give it a good going through. As I have mentioned before there are some things I see when out shopping and it just triggers an idea for a post. This time it was this sweater/skirt combo. It was giving me Freddy Krueger vibes, but you know if he were a lady. So I guess it’s more of a genderbent Freddy…a Freddi if you will. I don’t think being awake will save you from this nightmare.

I of course needed to make sure I was wearing a fedora and Freddy’s iconic scars. Okay I can start to see why maybe my inventory is a mess, but it’s totally worth it! I just realized my wedding ring is like POW right there. I am pretty sure Freddy wasn’t rocking the bling, but that is okay. Anyway I am off (not that way, but that way too) to create more chaos. Always a Good Time…

For cookies! At least to me it’s always a good time for cookies. I mean there are such things as breakfast cookies so that means they are good anytime of day. Generally I don’t do milk with my cookies, unless it’s an Oreo and I am in the mood for dunking.

On cold days in the winter I love to bake because it warms up the house, makes it smell good and leaves me with something delicious to eat. In fact it was cold in my non-digital life yesterday so I baked some brownies. I may have even had one as a midnight snack, but don’t let cookies know I cheated on them! That is enough rambling from me. I will be back with a blogging vengeance (no for real!) as soon as I am house guest free.

I have to admit that my dirty mind was really tempted to make up a story about forbidden love between an elf and a reindeer, with this being the result, but I really don’t want to land a spot on Santa’s naughty list. Well at least not for something like that. I look positively festive and adorable if I do say so myself!
